Right of withdrawal


The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
To withdraw from the contract, it is necessary to fill out the online return form by logging into the reserved area within 14 days of receiving the order. In order to withdraw from the contract, the customer may also send another statement clearly expressing the intention to withdraw. In case the online return form is used, the seller will send an online confirmation of the withdrawal receipt. If another statement is chosen, it is the customer's responsibility to prove the correct exercise of the withdrawal.
Once the withdrawal from the contract has been exercised, the customer is obliged to return the products to the seller by delivering them to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) days from when the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated to the seller.
The return shipment is at the customer's expense. Any customs duties will be deducted from the refund.


The right of withdrawal - in addition to complying with the terms and conditions described in this article 7, is considered to be exercised correctly only if the following conditions are fully met:


- the online form has been completed by logging into the reserved area within 14 days of receiving the order;
- the products must not have been used, worn, or washed;
- the identification tag must still be attached to the products, which is an integral part of the goods;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging, with the original labels, intact security tag, packaging, and other accessories (dustbag, garment covers, etc.) received in the package; the original product packaging must not be used as shipping boxes for returns;
- the returned products must be handed over to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from when the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated to the seller;
- the products must not be damaged.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this article 7, Helmè will proceed to refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms provided.


The amounts will be refunded to the customer in the shortest time possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the receipt by the seller of the returned goods and once the correct compliance with the above terms and conditions has been verified.
If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid to the seller.


Within 14 days of sending the email communicating the non-acceptance of the return, the customer may choose to have the products returned at their expense in the condition they were returned to the seller, by informing the seller accordingly, according to the methods that will be communicated to the customer. Otherwise, the seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
The refund will be made solely and exclusively to the payment method used for the purchase.

 

Requests for merchandise replacement for size and/or color change
Helmè offers the customer the possibility to make replacements for size and/or color changes. It will not be possible to request the replacement of an item with different models.


For the replacement procedure, the online merchandise replacement form must be completed by logging into the reserved area within 14 days of receiving the order. Helmè will provide confirmation via email of the received request. The replacement form must indicate the different size and/or color requested.
In case of a replacement request, all additional shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.
It is not possible to make exchanges for countries where customs duties are incurred.
The terms and instructions on the Right of Withdrawal are in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, art. 49, paragraph 4.

 

WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw their order to comply with the return policy.
In the event that the customer receives a defective or incorrect order, please notify us promptly. We will assist the customer in resolving the issue. Helmè reserves the right to request any evidence to proceed with thorough checks.
