Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days, starting from the day of receipt of the purchased products.
To withdraw from the contract it is necessary to complete the online return form by logging in to the reserved area within 14 days of receiving the order. In order to withdraw from the contract, the customer may also send another declaration clearly expressing their desire to withdraw. If you choose to use the online return form, the seller will send confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal online. If another declaration is chosen, it will be the customer's responsibility to prove the correct exercise of the withdrawal.
Once the withdrawal from the contract has been exercised, the customer is obliged to return the products to the seller by handing them over to the courier for shipment within fourteen (14) days starting from when the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated to the seller.
Return shipping is paid by the customer. The customer is responsible for any customs duties that will be deducted from the refund.
The right of withdrawal - in addition to compliance with the terms and methods described in this article 7, is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:
- the online form has been filled in by logging in to the reserved area within 14 days of receiving the order;
- the products must not have been used, worn or washed;
- the identification tag must still be attached to the products, which constitutes an integral part of the goods;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging, with the original labels, intact security tag, wrapping and other accessories (dustbag, clothing covers, etc.) received in the package; the original packaging of the products must not be used as packaging boxes for return shipments;
- the returned products must be delivered to the shipping company within fourteen (14) days from when the decision to withdraw from the contract was communicated to the seller;
- the products must not be damaged.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated in this article 7, Helmè will reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms established.
The sums will be refunded to the customer as quickly as possible and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days of receipt by the seller of the returned goods and once the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above has been verified.
If the methods and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, the customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid to the seller.
Within 14 days of sending the email communicating the non-acceptance of the return, the customer may choose to regain, at his own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the seller, by communicating this to the seller himself, according to the methods which will be communicated to the customer. Otherwise, the seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
The refund will be made only and exclusively to the payment method used for the purchase.
Requests for replacement of goods due to size and/or color changes
Helmè offers the customer the possibility of making substitutions for changing the size and/or changing the color. It will not be possible to request the replacement of an item with different models.
For the replacement procedure, the online goods replacement form must be completed by logging in to the reserved area within 14 days of receiving the order. Helmè will confirm the request received by e-mail. The different size and/or color requested must be indicated on the replacement form.
In the event of a replacement request, all additional shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
It is not possible to exchange for countries that have to pay customs duties.
The terms and instructions on the right of withdrawal are pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, art.49, paragraph 4.
WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to withdraw their order so that it complies with the return policy.
If the customer receives a defective or incorrect order, he is asked to communicate it promptly. We will assist the customer to resolve the problem. Helmè reserves the right to request any evidence to carry out accurate checks.
