ORDERS
Helmestore.com offers a sales service aimed at the final consumer with shipments all over the world.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday within 1-3 business days from the order date.
The ordered Products will be shipped within the aforementioned timeframe, except in the case of a negative outcome of the checks carried out by the company that supervises the payments or in the event of failure to receive the bank transfer.
During periods of sales, promotions or holidays, orders placed may be slowed down.
Some Products may not be available for delivery to certain destinations due to customs, regulatory, commercial or practical constraints. We reserve the right to establish which Products can be delivered and to which destination.
In the event of non-availability or incorrect price due to technical reasons, Helmè reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case the customer will be refunded for the amount spent.
DISCOUNT CODES AND PROMOTIONS
Helmestore.com offers and promotes promotional initiatives, through discount codes or sales activities.
Helmè reserves the right to modify and cancel promotions at any time.
The discount codes cannot be combined with each other and have a fixed validity period.

All orders will be delivered to the shipping address specified by the customer when placing the order. The delivery date will be considered indicative but not binding for Helmè.
Helmè is not responsible for any delays due to customs inspections and/or other unforeseen circumstances.
We inform our customers that, during the sales period, shipping costs may vary and shipments may be delayed; please check the shipping amount when creating your cart.
Deliveries can only be made to the countries specified in the following list.

Helmè informs its customers that the courier will not ship during the following days:

DELIVERY FAILURE
In the event that the order is not delivered for extraneous reasons, such as incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient or refusal of delivery, Helmè reserves the right to deduct any shipping costs and customs duties from the refund due to the customer.
CUSTOMS CHARGES AND DUTIES
Customers are informed that any customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded in the event of a return.
The relevant amount is to be paid to the courier according to the methods that will be indicated by the courier itself.
If the customer refuses to pay these taxes, the shipping costs for returning the package to the company will still be deducted from the refund.
